When will my puzzles ship?
Your initial puzzle will ship within 3-5 business days after your order. Subsequently, your monthly puzzle will be received around the 15th of each month.
What if I want to pause my subscription?
We understand that things may happen and you get busy! You may pause your subscription at any time. Simply go to your accounts page and choose manage account. From there you can choose to pause your subscription!
